Palliative Room Refresh - Complete

Over the past year, the South Huron Hospital Auxiliary has generously dedicated both time and funding to refresh the palliative care room at the South Huron Hospital.
This space serves as a place of comfort—where families and loved ones can come together to support one another during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Thanks to the Auxiliary’s support, the room has been thoughtfully enhanced with a fresh coat of paint, beautiful artwork from local photographer Janette Baillie, two new sleeper chairs to accommodate overnight stays, and a bedside recliner to ensure patients and their loved ones can remain close and comfortable.
These meaningful updates help create a more peaceful, welcoming environment for patients and families when it matters most.
